Directions
- 1Let us assume the volume of your serving cup is and the number of people being served is
- 2Add of water into a sauce pan and turn the heat to medium-high
- 3While the water is heating, add tbsp of tea leaves according to the table below
Note, more tea doesn't necessarily means stronger tea. Adding more can make the it bitter

Notes
- Spices and sugar can be adjusted based on personal preferences
- To have a stronger brew, let the tea leaves steep in the boiling water for a little longer rather than adding more tea leaves. If you do this you might have to add a little more water as longer steeping times would lead to more evaporation of water leading to a reduction in the quantity of tea.
